Brett knew at an early age of his gypsy blood & desire to cook. Brett has lent his expertise to a number of Food & Beverage programs in Italy, London, Chicago, Panama City, Panama & Los Angeles. Returning to the Valley of the Sun brings him full-circle & allows him to infuse his wide lens of flavors & methods into Cartwright's unique menu. Brett's kitchen philosophy of using what nature has provided for us in the desert, forest & oceans is what sets him & his crew apart from the rest.
