Executive Sous Chef Chris Knouse manages banquet and catering events at The Wigwam. A graduate of the Arizona Culinary Institute, his experience includes serving as Chef de Cuisine at Litchfield's restaurant and prior to The Wigwam, as Sous Chef at Lon's at the Hermosa Inn.

Chris has embraced the farm table to concept of The Wigwam's restaurants and showcases his talent and artistry to culinary events throughout the Valley where he represents the iconic resort.
