A culinary veteran of more than 16 years, Dushyant Singh was born and raised in New Delhi. At 19, Chef Singh left for the US where he continued his education at The CIA in Hyde Park, NY. Bringing a worldly perspective to his cuisine, chef Singh led the culinary teams at well-respected institutions including Kai at Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort, and most recently, as the director of culinary experiences at The Camby, where he was nominated for "Best Upcoming Chef" by the Arizona Culinary HOF.
