Originally from Ukraine, and now an Arizonan. As a child Viktor learned to cook for himself and find a way to spice up his day. Once in high school he fell in love with the art and couldn't keep away. After spending a short time in the culinary program at PIMA community college, he decided to widen his horizons and jump head first into the field, by moving to Phoenix. Starting his way from the bottom as a server/dishwasher he worked his way through the kitchen.
